I’m hungover on a Saturday morning eating leftover, half-eaten pizza slices; I’m hazy headed and staring at my blissed out cat dozing in the sunlight.
‘Projector’ by Alycia Lang is playing from my computer, and my roommates are smoking weed. The song adds a nice light bounce to the entire situation, with Langs impeccable vocals curling around the smoke rising from the ashtray. This song uses all of its elements sparingly, and breathes in and out in a rhythm perfect for slow mornings.
